WIC Recipe Contest

Thank you for all your recipes! We are in the process of analyzing them.

Once the analysis is complete, we will review the nutrient content of each recipe and follow up with you to let you know if the recipe meets either the Fruits and Veggies More Matters or the 3-A-Day of Dairy nutrient guidelines.

If your recipe qualifies, you are eligible for a $10 gift card from either iTunes (or other music download site), Basha's or Food City. We will verify your gift card preference and distribute the selected gift card to you. If it doesn't qualify, we will give you the opportunity to tweak the recipe to make it fit the nutrient criteria and earn the gift card.

There will be a Taste Testing Event on April 25, 2009. If your recipe is chosen for this event, we will contact you and invite you to participate in this portion of the contest. Winners from each category, Healthy Main Dishes, Healthy Sides, Healthy Desserts, and Healthy Snacks, will be awarded a $100 Visa Gift Card.
