Nutrition Curriculum

No school wellness policy can succeed without making nutrition education a priority.  Dairy Council of Arizona provides FREE nutrition curriculum packages for several grade levels, as well as other nutrition education materials schools can use to help implement the best, most effective wellness policy possible.

Curriculum Kits

Dairy Council of Arizona has partnered with Dairy Council of California to bring AZ teachers award winning curriculum packages! These quality nutrition education resource kits were created using a behavior-change model that teaches students about healthy eating and physical activity, then encourages changes in attitudes and  behaviors.  All curriculum materials were designed to align with national educational standards and can be used to help you meet your goals.  Family Homework is included to extend the lessons into the home and all Family Homework is in both English and Spanish.

Student workbooks are consumable, so order enough that each child has their own workbook.
